Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring for sectors like BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.).
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
Negotiate salary offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of non-IT recruitment experience (agency/corporate).
Strong knowledge of non-IT domains (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
Experience in volume hiring or leadership recruitment.
Strong network in the Mumbai job market.
