We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet the company’s hiring needs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Understand job requirements and deliver quality hires within deadlines
✅ Requirements:
0.6 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies
🎯 Preferred Skills:
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Negotiation and coordination abilities
Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
