Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day activities.
Handle customer inquiries and regular follow-ups.
Process sales orders and maintain order records.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with production, planning and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and sales reports.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of ERP/software.
Good email-writing skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Working: Full-time | Day Shift | 6 Days Working
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on the currently listed opening.
