The candidate will handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order finalization, including RFQ analysis, tender participation, techno-commercial discussions, and customer development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new enquiries and develop business in Defence, Aerospace, Oil & Gas & Power sectors 🏭
* Handle RFQs, tenders, techno-commercial offer preparation 📝
* Manage end-to-end sales cycle (Enquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Order finalization)
* Visit customers and build strong business relationships ✈️
* Coordinate internally for costing, feasibility & timely submission ⚙️
* Participate in exhibitions and industry events 🎤
Required Experience:
* Experience in Sales Cycle of precision component manufacturing preferred 🛠️
* Exposure to Defence / Aerospace sector will be an advantage
* Strong technical understanding & negotiation skills 💡
* Good Communication skills 🗣️
• Willing to travel
Preferred:
* Experience in Defence / PSU tendering 🏛️
