• Assess manpower, equipment, and material requirements to meet production demands.
• Assign staff to specific production tasks and manage shift schedules.
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.
• Collect output data, including finished product counts and defect rates.
• Prepare and submit performance and status reports.
• Maintain organized documentation and facilitate communication with quality control and warehouse teams.
