Job Description:
Pearl Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) to join our growing team at Belapur. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a consultancy, with hands-on exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions across various industries.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other platforms.
Screening resumes and conducting telephonic or face-to-face interviews.
Coordinating with clients to understand job requirements and share suitable profiles.
Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates and clients until successful closure.
Maintaining candidate databases and preparing daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 year of experience in recruitment (preferably from a consultancy background).
Good understanding of IT & Non-IT profiles and market trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet targets.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
