The Export Sales Manager is responsible for driving the companys international sales growth by developing and executing export sales strategies. This role focuses on expanding global customer base, managing key accounts, ensuring smooth export operations, and achieving revenue targets through effective market penetration and relationship management.
Description:
1. Strategic Planning & Sales Growth
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve international revenue targets. Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities globally.
Establish sales objectives and monitor performance against targets.
2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and manage long-term business relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Analysis
• Analyze global market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Recommend pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize market share.
4. Export Operations & Documentation
• Oversee export processes and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for timely and accurate shipments.
• Ensure all export documentation is properly maintained and compliant.
5.Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) for seamless execution.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1015 years in export sales/business development.
Strong knowledge of international markets and export procedures. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive targets and work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
