We are looking for strong candidate who has great exp from Accounts, and had worked in Resorts, who had used IDS Software. Salary we are offering Upto 45K, depending on Interview and Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions using Tally and IDS.
Prepare daily revenue reports, cash summaries, and payment registers in coordination with Front Office and relevant departments.
Manage petty cash and perform daily cash counts with front desk personnel.
Create and maintain vendor payment lists and payment tracking statements.
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Use IDS to generate standard MIS reports; ensure data inputs from all departments are accurate and timely.
Coordinate with Central Finance Team and ensure timely submission of reports.
Liaise with department heads for accurate reporting of inventory consumption and incorporate it into MIS.
Assist in maintaining documentation for all financial transactions and ensure audit-readiness.
Support the GM and Directors with financial inputs as required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Tally and working knowledge of IDS.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and vendor payment cycles.
High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in multi-reporting environments.
